We're looking for individuals who are confident they can make 3+ hires/month, so it's imperative you have solid recruitment experience (ideally tech, digital, rec2rec, sales or graduate). You'll be provided with all the tools to do the job, including LinkedIn RPS and access to advertising and job boards etc.
You must be super outgoing, a natural marketeer and be able to build talent networks in your specialist area. Experience in our sectirs useful, though not necessary.
Expert level skills are required in the following:
- Candidate resourcing/talent acquisition
- LinkedIn (expert level)
- Creative writing (to pitch and attract potential candidates)
