Digital, Print and Cinema Publishing Manager
Global Media Agency
£36,000 DOE

This is a great role for someone with experience in a publishing team or planning and buying media and and looking to step up to Manager level within a top Publishing team. This is an end to end role managing campaigns from taking briefs to reporting back post campaign analysis. There will also be the opportunity to get involved with innovative creative media briefs across forward thinking clients.

This is a fantastic role which offers a very hands-on approach reporting into two very experienced and respected media buying professionals. Subsequently there is the opportunity via extensive training programmes to learn the media trade across the entire market. Key Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with group head level management at media owners
Develop strong relationships with strategists & account managers in the agency
Work to deadlines and manage client & account manager expectations
Clear understanding of clients products and business objectives
Co-ordinate post campaign analysis and buying reviews
Ensure all schedules are maintained during the buying process
Provide market intelligence to planning teams on all aspects of the marketplace
Manage one Publishing Executive
Performance Indicators (where Relevant)

The Ideal Candidate:
In depth knowledge of the print and general media marketplaces
Digital knowledge is desired alongside print experience being imperative
Strong admin skills and great attention to detail
A strong understanding of how agency trading can vary and the differing ways deals can be approached
Experience of working with barter agencies
Able to keep cool under pressure
Strong negotiator/trader
The ability to build solid arguments to back up your point of view
Quick thinker who can adapt to different scenarios / situations
A willingness to continue to learn
