The Mobile Account Manager is an established and proven expert in mobile advertising with capabilities across app promotion, mobile display, paid social and (ideally) app-focused PPC. This role requires an understanding of how mobile interacts with and complements all digital marketing channels, working with other digital disciplines to help define clients’ mobile strategy.

The role:

-Own mobile-first account(s)
-Leading media partner discussions, tracking and internal documentation (financial / billing)
-Work closely with suppliers to ensure that the team are constantly at the forefront of industry
-Maintain a high standard of quality for reporting and campaign delivery
-Experience of at least one major mobile tracking partner (TUNE, Kochava, Adjust, AppsFlyer)
-Run mobile specific accounts on paid social platform (Facebook, Twitter and also Google AdWords)
-Manage budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target
-Work closely with Client Services and the Head of Paid Media
-Ensure all agency accounts have a performance and commercial strategy specific to mobile


-Direct line management of junior members
-Ensure that work is delivered to an exceptional standard, on target and on time
-Training and development of junior team members to ensure that they are performing
-Quality control of work conducted by junior members of the team
-Work with the Head of Paid Media across a range of tasks
-Training plans for Mobile
-New business (both preparation and attendance)
-Media supplier relationships
-Technology and automation


-At least 2.5 years of working in mobile marketing and advertising
-Proven track record of delivering projects and results for clients with monthly budgets of £50,000+
-Proven track record of achieving ecommerce targets
-CPI and CPA primarily, but also sales and revenue volume, ROI, ROAS
-Proven track record with leading 3rd party analytics and mobile tracking tools
-Strong planning and buying experience across mobile
-Proven track record of bringing efficiency to client activity
-Experience in non-mobile display and programmatic of great benefit
-Strong numerical and analytical capabilities,
-Use and creation of Excel formulae and macros
-Working knowledge of mobile specific services, such as ASO
-Experience in mobile UX and UI desirable
