A fantastic unique creative sales role has come a live with a forward thinking technology department working with some of the world’s biggest brands, working in a great team environment you are to create new business opportunities offering new and existing clients with a complete AV and Digital Media offering from technologies, services and solutions through to content strategy, creative production and technical integration.
JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Focus on identifying key leads within the client base to develop bigger, more comprehensive content proposals as well as technical solutions.
- Develop on-going day to day content support to add value to existing clients.
- Target existing and new verticals to offer packaged sales solutions to include technical and content services.
- Grow the creative production resource (animators/designers) to offer day to day support to existing projects.
- Develop sales activity within the industry and specifically target end users.
- Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to push content offering.
- Presentation of solutions and commercials to prospective clients.
- Prepare and justify initial project quotes and estimates with company directors.
- Maintain sales activity records and reports.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meeting/events
- Accurate monthly and rolling monthly sales forecasting.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
- Undertaking of any other tasks as may be reasonably required by your Manager.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED „h Experience in new business sales.
- Ability to discuss and demonstrate creative concepts and clearly communicate creative direction to clients.
- Leadership and collaboration skills.
- Target driven.
- Commercial awareness.
- Understanding of advertising and marcom strategies.
- Excellent presentation skills and a thorough understanding of the sales process from a creative agency perspective.
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications, Excel, Word and CRM. Knowledge of customer service principles.
