Job Description

New Business sales/Business Development Manager to generate new regional customer engagement combined with a high level of service for existing customers, supported by the Technical Consultants and wider sales team. Previous expereince in Audio visual, (AV) video conferencing (VC) or Unified Communications (UC) is essential. 
 

Accountabilities Include:

 

New Business Activities: 70%

-          Identifying and drive new sales opportunities in the region


-          Researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential opportunities


-          Contacting potential clients via email or phone and introducing and discussing products and/or services and set up meetings

 

Sales Support Activities 30%


-          Maintaining good relationships with existing customers and providing quality customer service


-          Assisting Sales in creating small ad hoc quotes


-          Phone answering


-          Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

-          Build and enhancing relationships with new customers and provide excellent first impressions.

Previous sales experience preferred in audio visual industry, ideally
