My client is boutique performance marketing agency based in central London. With teams in various locations throughout Europe, these guys have a global reach while maintaining a family feel in the London office. 

The business is growing and therefore looking for an accountable and ambitious Operations Manager to join the London marketing specialists. 

The agency work to achieve long term partnerships with clients, who are some of the largest gaming operators online. They help them attract new customers though performance marketing, and aim to deliver excellence in the iGaming lead generation space. These guys are a hardworking, team-oriented company who reward success and enjoy time together. 

You will have an important role of managing the structure of the office and be the 1st person to go to regarding anything related to these matters. Someone who can maintain and take accountability for the day to day operations, administration and financials. You will be driven and keen to grow with the company over time. 

About you: 
-Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience of bookkeeping/accounting
-Highest standards of delivery and good work ethic
-You should be a social person with good communication skills
-Comfortable in a fast-paced environment 
-A positive and professional attitude
-Always taking own initiative and accountability 
-Able to work as part of a team
-Have a solution-oriented mind 
-Well-organised, able to multitask 
-Preferred prior experience with a gambling or ecommerce company

The role:
-Responsible for internal and external Compliance 
-New client on boarding, internal training, GDPR
-Responsible for office HR matters 
-Creating and updating Employee handbooks, manuals
-Checking of monthly sales and profit reports
-Take charge of reporting performance
-Analyse reports, identify weaknesses/opportunities 
-Troubleshoot to fix problems
-Make offices purchases
-Booking meetings and lunches
-Handling cleaners, assisting with travels
-General daily bookkeeping
-Financial transactions using Quickbooks
-Maintaining updated ledgers including AP
-Managing invoices and arranging payment 
-Bank and credit card account reconciliations
-Confirm Payroll numbers to external accountants 
-Monitor monthly profit and loss and balance sheet
-Create and monitor prepayments and accruals
-Finalise and issue quarterly management accounts
-Monitor monthly cash flow
-Create quarterly cash flow projections
-Prepare quarterly VAT return
-Collate year end information for accountants
