London’s fastest growing independent agency is now recruiting for a Paid Media Manager. The Paid Media Account Manager is an established and proven expert in PPC but with strong capabilities in at least one other Paid Media channel (Paid Social, Display, Mobile/App Promotion, Native). This role requires an understanding of the way in which channels interact and complement one another, as well as the technical capabilities to execute high-performance paid campaigns.

The Role:
-Work closely with clients to ensure a full understanding of their business
-Work closely with the Head of Paid Media and Head of PPC
-Ensure all accounts have a performance strategy
-Work closely with teams to ensure all accounts have a commercial strategy
-Ensure all activity meets or exceeds the client’s performance expectations
-To manage budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target
-Direct line management of junior members of the Paid Media Department
-Ensure that work is delivered to an exceptional standard, on target and on time
-Training and development of junior team members
-Quality control of work conducted by junior members of the team
-Work with the Head of Paid Media and Head of PPC across a range of tasks:
­              Recruitment
­              Training plans
­              New business (both preparation and attendance)
­              Media supplier relationships
­              Technology and automation

-At least 2.5 years of working in PPC delivery
-Proven track record of working with travel or similar clients
-Proven track record with monthly budgets of £50,000+
-Proven track record of achieving ecommerce targets
-Sales and revenue volume, CPA, ROI, ROAS
-Proven track record of developing junior team members
-Proven track record with leading onsite analytics packages
-Proven track record of bringing efficiency to client activity
-Strong understanding of wider digital channels
