Job Description

A brand new opening has become available at an award winning, hugely successful digital media planning, buying and analytics agency based in central London. A Sunday Times Tech Track top 50 company which has grown year-on-year and are proud to work with clients across, Finance, Telco, Insurance, charity and many others.

There are six core teams: Client Services, Digital Media, PPC, Content & Organic Search, Ad Operations & Tech and Data & Analytics. As an agile business, staff development is based upon individual’s strengths and aspirations. There is now an urgent need for an outstanding PPC Account Manager to work on some of the UK’s leading brands. You will need to be able to come in and hit the ground running, so experience within an agency environment working on large scale clients is essential for this role.

The main purpose of the role is to take ownership of the creation, optimisation and future development of the allocated Paid Search portfolio, including overseeing the work of the Paid Search account team. The Account Manager works with an Account Executive in being the frontline point-of-call for the client for PPC, managing the performance of the activity as well as the expectations of the client.


The role:

-Put together plans to organise mid- term campaign actions and goals
-Develop a thorough understanding of client’s brand and objectives
-Input in to client planning, roadmaps and plans
-Forecast of campaigns and support for new account initiatives
-Agreeing and delivering the performance, ROI and KPIs
-Develop campaign strategies that achieve client outcomes
-Quality control of the output of direct reports
-Manage bidding strategies
-Execute and track tests with methodical accuracy
-Providing key insights on regular reports
-Work alongside Client Directors and other teams to achieve objectives
-Identify opportunities for business development 
-Production of monthly meeting presentations
-Management of the Basecamp account 
-Implement Paid Search best practices
-Providing coaching and overseeing junior team members


Requirements:

-Development, management, and coordination of PPC and Shopping strategies
-An extremely high technical knowledge of PPC and associated technology/suppliers
-A high technical knowledge of Google Shopping and feed management platforms
-Familiarity with Google Merchant Centre
-Demonstrable track record of building profitable Paid Search campaigns
-Experience working to set CPA, revenue and ROI targets
-One to one supervision and coaching where required
-Identifies issues and communicates up
-Naturally organised and can prioritise and plan
-Works independently, sees different aspects to a problem and identifies solutions
-Highly competent with Microsoft Excel
-Experience across the Google stack, DoubleClick, Analytics
