Job Description

Working within the Paid Search team you will be integral to the global delivery of Paid Search strategies, ensuring local markets execute campaigns in line with global best practice principles, whilst implementing best in class optimisations. The role requires someone with excellent Paid Search knowledge combined with strong organisational and communication skills, as you will need to be able to monitor updates and changes in performance across multiple markets.

Responsibilities 
  • Directly support Account Director and Account Manager on a regular basis and to keep them up-to-date of all activity, communication and developments.
  • Follow the deadlines given by Client and Account Manager. 
  • Effectively manage any external/internal queries/issues on Account.
  • Management of ad copy and creative strategy & optimisation. 
  • Management of keyword and placement selection, implementation and optimisation strategy.
  • Ensure that all company financial processes and deadlines put in place are adhered to, and that all work is produced to a high degree of accuracy.
  • Monitor delivery of client campaigns and the Search Engine Budget spend. 
  • Ensure that all weekly, monthly & ad hoc client reports are produced in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • Show a clear understanding of the dynamics between key KPI’s & comment on weekly performance fluctuations
  • Working closely with both agency stakeholders, and clients to ensure that all account/campaign strategies are delivered.
  • Regularly relay latest Search & Industry related data to the client and internally. 
Desirable Experience

The role requires someone with excellent Paid Search knowledge and executional expertise combined with strong organisational and communication skills, as you will need to be able to monitor updates and changes in performance across multiple markets.
  • Experience setting up and optimizing campaigns within Google AdWords and Bing AdCenter
  • Exceptional experience navigating AdWords, AdCenter and search management platforms, such as SA360, to set up, optimise and report of search campaigns
  • Experience using audiences to optimise paid search campaigns
  • Experience using automation to optimise and manage search campaigns
  • Analytically minded and good at handling large data sets to identify trends and insights
  • Detailed understanding of Paid Search best practices
  • Understanding of search measurement capabilities
  • Advanced experience using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive approach to improving their knowledge and capability
  • Attention to detail with an effective and efficient working style
