Paid social Manager needed asap to join a team of 8 that deliver world class campaigns (organic & paid) for some the most exciting blue chip brands. 

My client has a seriously impressive success story, having grown to almost 100 people in less than 5 years, they have their main HQ in a beautiful open-plan loft space in Shoreditch, and have recently opened offices in the US.

This role is not for the faint hearted, these guys have achieved their success through a mix of hard work and sheer digital marketing talent and excellence. Hard work is rewarded massively here and the team have had trips to Europe, away days and lots of perks along the way to reward their success. They've taken people on straight out of uni and trained from scratch and they believe in nurturing raw talent, but the main priority is finding people who are truly passionate about online marketing and want to succeed. 

Savvy in all things digital, you’ll use your excellent copywriting skills, passion for social media and attention to detail to produce compelling digital campaigns. You'll ideally be in a manager or senior exec role currently with a proven track record of running paid social campaigns for well-known brands. You'll have solid paid social experience, and can comfortably run your own social programmes on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. 

Working in the Social team you'll run your own projects and mentor more junior members, this will include copywriting, creating social media strategies, identifying trends, using insights, keeping up-to-date with new technologies, and sharing your understanding of social platforms.


The role: 
-Work across LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
-Develop strategy for social media projects, Paid & organic
-Identify trends and opportunities to grow social
-Manage social content strategy 
-Data analysis, recommendations and quarterly strategies
-Research, test and implement new platforms
-Utilise insights delivered through our own research
-Strategy, optimisation, repurposing & distribution of content 
-Work on integration of different tactics on a given campaign 
-Create consistent and integrated digital marketing campaigns


Requirements:
-Content Creation, Social Media, PR or Journalism exp
-Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
-Fantastic numeracy and MS Office skills
-Social platforms; Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and others
-A passion for all things digital
-An analytical approach to problem solving
-Bags of drive and ambition, you'll want to grow and improve
