Job Description

My client is a global digital media agency with offices in over 30 locations worldwide. The role of Performance Director has been created due to ongoing success and the on-boarding of a HUGE new account. I need a Performance Director to run the overall account performance for an international delivery services provider. This role is about bringing to market world class performance to the team for the client, building deep relationships with clients, agency partners and international colleagues alike.

 
The role:

-Overall control of budget and performance across all channels across 7 markets
-Day to day lead with clients and agency partners
-Ability to deal with overseas partners in US and across Europe
-orking with the Performance Manager to lead coordination and management
-Key markets - UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL, PL, but may also expand to any global markets
-Project manage: overall ownership of master timeline and delivery
-Support account leadership in developing and managing overall approach to client brief
-Ongoing campaign management and supporting clients in day to day requests

 
Skills:

-On and offline media planning and optimization
-Experience of managing complex and detail orientated assignments
-Technical implementation experience and knowledge
-Ability to balance the need for strategic thinking with the need to deliver
-Flawless execution and accuracy
-Ability to multi-task
-Be able to think on their feet, be proactive and take ownership of projects
-Ensures high level of communication and productivity within the team
-Flexible and open minded
-Team driven: Strong relationship builder with team and other departments
-Strong desire to learn & to develop your media skills
-Time management and organisation skills
-Experience managing international accounts within a respected media agency


Requirements: 

-Performance media leadership
-Expert performance marketing techniques across all channels (digital is a must)
-Local market campaign management
-Lead campaign briefing – providing direction on target, channel, budget, timeline
-Support, advise and assess local market teams
-Ensure media plans comply with the central brief and strategy
-Be able to confidently challenge and question assumptions and recommendations
-Lead central campaign planning for global & pan-euro initiatives across digital and offline
-Assist/manage buying and financial implementation process
-Be a proactive contributor at internal & client meetings
