My client is sharp, forward thinking, has THE BEST accounts and a team of people that all love what they do and have fun while they work.

With billings in excess of £250m they have solid, retained accounts which gives them resource to build, train and nurture talent in house and create truly talented marketers who are multi skilled.

I now need an experienced and talented PPC Account director to work with the head of Biddable. You will be a passionate PPC specialist with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in running paid search accounts, preferably agency-side.

You will Project manage PPC campaigns, working with other members of the team to ensure campaigns and optimisations are carried out to the highest standard and to strict deadlines, including managing client expectations,

 
The role:

-Develop advanced, innovative and integrated PPC strategies
-Plan budgets and forecast to client’s objectives
-Monitor campaign performance
-Provide in-depth analysis of client performance
-Assist the PPC team with any ad-hoc activities
-Represent the agency at external industry and client events
-Support on new business pitches
-Participate in wider agency activities
-Immerse yourself within your clients business sector
-Identify key opportunities and areas for growth
-Be up to speed with the latest features and tech in the paid space
-Develop and maintain development roadmaps for clients
-Develop strong relationships with engine and tech providers

 
As well as being analytical and well-versed in building and optimising paid search accounts, the successful candidate will have great client facing ability and will be able to confidently deliver reviews, plans and presentations. Client’s will see this person as a senior member of the PPC team at agency, who elicits trust through their first-class technical knowledge and ability to own projects. You will need to have strong analytical skills and ability to distil large data-sets into meaningful action whilst also finding faster and smarter ways of doing things.
