Job Description

My client is a successful digital agency based in Greater Manchester. They are looking to bring in a PPC Account Lead to join their talented and specialist team. 
The client is looking for a talented PPC specialist to lead strategy, optimisation and communications across multiple client accounts. In this role, you should be well-versed in PPC best practise and you should also be data focused, creative, organised and good with numbers. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment for their clients. They work with some exciting and ambitious accounts, from small lead-gen clients to multi-million-pound e-commerce brands so they expect you should be of a similar mind-set. 

Your Key Tasks:
  • Form and implement effective paid search strategies 
  • Build, launch and optimise campaigns from the start 
  • Advise on keyword selection and audience targeting 
  • Feed management and optimisation 
  • Have good experience in formulating plans and strategies from a standing start 
  • Drive discussions daily and contribute ideas towards weekly meetings 
  • Produce insightful reports 
  • Continually test and learn new ideas 
  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels 
  • Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends 
  • Manage team of 3 PPC staff 
  • Part of the Company Management Team 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager with at least 3+ years of hands on PPC account management 
  • Google/Bing Shopping experience is preferred 
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting 
  • Good knowledge and experience in forecasting for new accounts/campaigns 
  • Good grasp of reporting & tools: Excel, Scripts, Google Analytics etc 
  • Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, Yahoo) 
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Proactive and self-motivated to highlight account issues/opportunities without the need for being micromanaged 
  • Analytical thinking with strong math skills
