The PPC Director is a market-leading PPC expert with established expertise in developing both client accounts and their own team’s capabilities. This role requires an understanding of the way in which channels interact and complement one another, as well as the technical capabilities to execute high-performance PPC campaigns.
 
Working alongside the Head of Paid, the PPC Director will have a team of 6 and directly contributes to the overall direction, development and scope of the agency offering. Responsibilities include Paid Search, YouTube, and Paid Social. 
 
The role:  
-Campaign Strategy & Management 
-work closely with clients to ensure a full understanding of their business and digital needs
-Ensure all accounts have a performance and development strategy
-Ensure all activity meets or exceeds the client’s performance expectations
-Oversee all client budgets in line with strategy and that monthly spend is on target 
-Direct line management of the PPC department
-Training and development of junior team members 
-Quality control of work conducted by junior members of the team 
-Further the scale, capabilities and quality of offering
-Ensure best practice documentation and processes
-Be involved in rrecruitment / training plans
-New business (both preparation and attendance)
-Look after media supplier relationships 


Requirements: 
-At least 4 years working on large and complex PPC and Paid Social accounts
-Proven experience of managing budgets of at least £100,000pm
-Proven experience of managing and developing junior team members
-Proven experience of managing clients, leading client meetings and arranging teams
-Expert knowledge of AdWords, Bing, Facebook and Twitter advertising platforms
-Expert knowledge of onsite analytics tools including Google Analytics
-Expert knowledge of API integrations, AdWords Scripts
