Depending on experience, this role will be, or become part of the agency senior management team. Your line manager will be the MD.

The role: 

-The role is hands-on, client-facing, and managerial
-Responsible for all paid media client success
-Manage the department budget
-Monthly GP targets, up-selling and cross-selling
-Commercial awareness is vital
-Line-manage one paid media executive
-Work on sales pitches with the MD
-Attending pitches and presenting


-4+ years experience with paid media campaigns
-Primary experience with Google paid media (especially search)
-Exp / knowledge with display, YouTube, paid social etc
-Google Ads Certified
-Experienced with bid management and automation platforms (desirable)
-Exp running large and small cross-channel paid media campaigns
-People management experience (you will have one report to start with)
-Excellent comms - verbal / written (email communication)
-Strong maths
-Tools and software Google Ads, Google Analytics, Excel
-Confident at presenting and speaking to clients
