Job Description

Looking for a trusted marketing agency, who are passionate, independent and innovative? look no further because my client tick's all the above! 

I am seeking a talented PPC Account manager to join the Paid search team in this performance marketing agency based in Central London, where you will be working on a range of awesome brands in the retail, tech and/or sport sectors. You will manage a number of clients with a revenue totalling £250k, partnering with your clients to drive client strategy and account profitability and to grow your business by 20% year on year.  You will work with a cross-channel team, delegating work effectively to ensure it is always of the highest possible standard and to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

More about the role/responsibilities ...
  • Manage the relationship between the agency and a number of Paid Search clients 
  • Maintain client retention and satisfaction
  • Ensure delivery against the agreed business growth and strategy plan
  • Optimise Paid search advertising campaigns to maximise performance across common KPI's - ROI, CPA, COS, Revenue, Clicks and impressions
  • Search engine checks to ensure the account is online 
  • Proactively maintain a full understanding of Paid search tools (Google & Bing Paid search, Marin, DoubleClick, Kenshoo, MS Excel etc.)  to develop the latest best practice to client campaigns. 
  • Ensure that everyone in your team has regular appraisals, clear objectives and a career plant to work towards. 
  • Equip your staff with the skills required to meet your client's objectives 
Role requirements & qualifications 

  • At least 3 years Paid search experience, working within an agency environment 
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedule 
  • Strong client management skills, with the proven ability to add value to clients 
  • Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Advanced knowledge of PPC tools and techniques 
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to use these tools on a day to day basis at work. 
  • Knowledge of Bid Management tools - Marin, DoubleClick for Search and Kenshoo.
  • Experience of running large budget accounts with monthly spend around £250k.
