Job Description

Hard work and a great creative eye are two of the  qualities  this company are  looking for from their new Production Manager and if you are successful then you will be part of a talented  production team that prides themselves on always being at the top their game and delivering a high level of events. The company manages a portfolio of popular venues two of which are based in London and they require a Production Manager to take the lead at one of these sites

The Role
As the Production Manager you will be given the autonomy to deliver a programme of events ranging from small pop ups through to brand launches, concerts and much more. The events will vary in size and scale from £10k - £750k + and you will be expected to lead each one with a focus on outstanding creative designs and scenic backgrounds, from the initial concept through to the post production phase. You will manage all relevant resources across audio, AV, lighting, scenic, FX, crew, furniture, props and you will be supported in the role by teams across sales, projects, production, marketing and technical. This structure will allow you to successfully achieve your goals for the delivery of each event and develop your career further.

About You
You have at least 5 years of solid event production under your belt, ideally from an agency and you are ready for a new and compelling career challenge. Naturally you have an excellent creative eye and you can support that with a strong scenic design background, excellent operational and logistics experience along with a good all round level of technical understanding. Your event experience is varied and will include but not limited to brand launches, award shows, concerts, fashion shows and film premiers You are a natural problem solver ,you find it easy to think on your feet plus  you have a good level of CAD experience and a an understanding of the relevant H&S standards ideally to IOSH level.
