Job Description

If you are an experienced campaign manager and looking for an opportunity to work with an exciting ad tech company that is growing The Campaign Manager will need to proactively optimise and manage campaigns, effectively communicate with customers and ultimately drive campaign ROI. The Campaign Manager will also be responsible for supporting the Client Director daily with management of campaigns. They will handle client requests, training, support & technical requirements, day to day tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • To work with Account Management team to develop effective campaign strategies to maximise return on ad spend for clients
  • Combining data and trend analysis with client feedback to configure, operate and optimise complex campaigns to meet client objectives
  • Analysing performance data to investigate hypotheses and to identify meaningful patterns in large and multi-dimensional datasets
  • Leading the monitoring and reporting of campaign performance and proactively communicate any issues identified
  • Using data and analytics to help develop actionable recommendations to maximise campaign success 
  • Developing actionable performance insights and optimise best practices for successful campaigns
  • To become an expert on the use of and best practices for the platform and offer insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness through the use of functionality
  • To work with Product and other cross-functional teams to help define features and enhancements to improve the platform

Skills Requirement

 

  • Basic HTML
  • Flash (recommended but not necessary)
  • Basic Java Script (advantageous)
  • Microsoft Office (full package)
  • DFP knowledge (advantageous)
  • Ad tech knowledge (advantageous)
  • Ad Server experience

Ideal candidate will require:

 

  • 1+ years’ programmatic campaign management experience
  • Experienced with DSP's ideally including DBM
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
  • Highly motivated and proactive approach to work
  • Solution driven approach
  • Capability to work independently and in a team
