Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with some digital experience looking to join a strong programmatic team and receive the training to become a key member of the team.

Overview of role
The Programmatic Executive is responsible for the support of campaign execution for the Programmatic Team. This involves supporting the Programmatic Manager in maintaining the accuracy and organisation of all bid management & trafficking processes and agency interactions related to the programmatic campaigns. The ideal candidate will have some prior analytical experience, writing and comprehension skills, and will have done thorough research on the real time biddable (RTB) landscape.
The candidate must have a desire and motivation to quickly become an expert in the fields of media trading and RTB. The candidate must also possess a strong inner drive to redesign the digital media landscape, enjoy working with some of the finest minds in the industry, and truly be a part of something unique that will have a lasting impact on the agency.

 Execute and manage online media campaigns for agency clients (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns etc)
• Handle daily campaign maintenance including questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns
• Work with agency partners to ensure creative assets are scheduled
• Trafficking of campaign tags into the various demand side platforms (DSPS)
• Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation when building private marketplaces
• Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns
• Support the Programmatic Manager in overseeing and resolve weekly and/or daily campaign QA reports to ensure accurate campaign results and trafficking routines
• Full reporting responsibility and data analytics

Minimum Qualifications:
 Degree level education
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions – particularly Excel
 Strong analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and attention to detail
 Excellent communication and writing skills
 Ability to organize and manage detail work
