Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an Operations Manager to join us - a busy and vibrant recruitment agency in Central London. We are growing and really need an effective Operations Manager with experience from a Recruitment Agency environment who will be involved with a variety of activities including and not limited to:- evaluating and defining key processes to improve performance to achieve company’s objectives, providing guidance to the team re the recruitment process and delivering an onboarding programme. This is an opportunity to create, manage and effect recruitment operations. 

Reporting into senior management, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the internal & external agency processes, and thus implementing change where required. You will draw upon your existing recruitment to ensure effectiveness throughout the agency, providing training where necessary. You will form an integral role working closely with senior management to report on the overall profitability and success of overall performance. You will use this insight to improve the agency processes. You will get the chance to collaborate with everyone within this agency. 

You will be involved in key strategic activities covering marketing, training, onboarding, performance metrics, client and candidate management and incentive management.

§Extensive experience as a Senior within Operations, Recruitment, Trainer within a recruitment agency (Essential)
