Job Description

Global media agency based in central London are on the market for a Research Manager. You will be joining a team of research specialists and will be responsible for delivering research, presenting insights and managing client-funded research projects. You will also be responsible leading the strategy, planning and investment projects across a portfolio of international clients across the Pharmaceutical, Insurance and Automobile markets among other sectors. 

  • Develop and delivering proprietary research projects (including writing questionnaires, liaising with fieldwork agencies, analysing data and presenting findings)
  • Supporting the agency’s bespoke research, planning and buying tools
  • Acting as the SME on the research tools
  • Provide training for planners and to answer their questions
  • Liaise with the EMEA markets and with other regions in the global network (Asia, Middle East, Latin and North America) in the course of multi-national research projects
  • Analyse data and identify trends 

  • Experienced researcher (proven track record of delivering successful research projects for clients) 
  • Quantitative and qualitative research techniques
  • Media/Ad agency or Advertiser background (ideal) 
  • A good understanding of Media planning and buying processes 
  • A good understanding of research and analytics  
  • SPSS
  • Social tracking/listening tools (such as; Hootsuite, TweetReach, Klout, Brandwatch)
  • Powerpoint and Excel
  • Propriety Media planning tools (such as; Nielsen Clear Decisions, Telmar or Choices 4, TGI Moments, Matrix and Ripple)
