Job Description

My client is one the fastest growing companies in its market, hosting trade shows for the some of most recognisable brands today. Their rapid growth has made the need for additional support within their sales and data teams which essential to the business. This position is ideal for someone confident with their use of Salesforce and now looking to use that knowledge to teach others.

The Role:
Working to support the Head of Data the Salesforce Consultant will be integral in providing support for the companies commercial activity as well as leading configuration and development projects.

Duties include:

  • Salesforce configuration / customisation
  • Administrative Salesforce tasks such as creating new users
  • Preparation of datasets to be imported into the CRM
  • Report and dashboard advice / creation
  • Salesforce training for new users
  • Advising on new and existing integrations

Required Skills:

  • Quick assimilation of information with a motivation to learn
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Salesforce Administrative experience
  • Strong knowledge of core Salesforce architecture
  • Patient with the capacity to present information in a clear consistent way
  • Good prioritisation and time management
  • Experience of Salesforce Lightning

Beneficial Skills:

  • Experience with Flows and Process builder would be highly beneficial but not required
  • Excel skills (countif / sumif / vlookup) etc
  • Exposure to development: SOQL, APEX, Visualforce
