Job Description
Main responsibilities include
- Supporting the TV trading team in managing the agency's airtime portfolio
- Assist Head of AV investment in negotiation and delivery of media owner deals
- Managing the Account Executives and Assistants to complete tasks in an efficient, timely manner
- Champion use of new and viable AV technologies to enhance planning and delivery, including management of agencies On Demand campaigns
- Recommend and implement new working practices to enhance the agency's TV planning and buying offering
- Extend agency's knowledge and billings within the youth and entertainment sectors
- Establish strong working relationships with media owners and other 3rd parties
- At least 3 years experience within media agency/media owner
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Previous client experience within youth and entertainment sectors
- Experience in planning and buying On Demand
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadline
- Strong presentation skills
- Demonstrate working knowledge of TV and online reporting tools, preferably Mediaocean (Media Explorer/DS Media/eyc), InfoSys and Xpert+
