Senior Digital Media Manager
London

This is a key role for a top London media agency to work on one of their largest accounts. The Senior Digital Media Manager will manage the account on a D2D basis and be responsible for end to end canpaigns including taking client brief, work with internal stakeholders to create a best in class media plan, present back to the client, working with Planner Buyers to ensure that the campaign is set up, optimised and reported on to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
• Lead planning & buying, working with your account director and junior team members
• Demonstrate smart media planning with effective digital strategies that focus on measureable success delivering against both brand and performance objectives.
• Drive innovation and deliver forward thinking media strategies that win awards
• Project managing the implementation of campaigns, tasks such as: Collating specs for creative agencies; ensuring trafficking and tagging are correctly applied; working with internal digital teams (Social, Search, programmatic) to activate plans
• Experience in building reports and working with campaign taxonomy for visual reporting suites
• Day to day management of client relationships earning the trust and respect of the client and key contacts
• Management of your own budgets, planning and bookings
• Develop strong relationships with strategists and planners internally

Who We Are Looking For
• A genuine passion for digital advertising and it’s evolving role within the marketing mix
• Good knowledge of digital channels from Programmatic and Social through to Search
• Excellent knowledge of the UK digital ad market
• An understanding of other media channels and their impact on digital
• Strong negotiator
• Previous experience in the entire digital process from campaign briefing, planning, implementation, management & optimisation and reporting
• Show understanding of tracking and measurement, from ad servers to dashboards
• Good client facing communicator with some experience of presenting to clients
• Be a leader! You will be managing junior members of staff and will be expected to nurture their talents
