Senior Resourcer/Team Manager - Digital & Games

We’re now looking to hire a Senior Resourcer/Resourcing Team Leader for  our City of London office across the following business sectors:
  • Digital Marketing & Performance  
  • Games Creative & Technology
  • Audio Visual & Events Technology
You will be an experienced Resourcing Manager that is driven, intuitive, focused and able to manage & exceed expectations - thus making our recruitment processes more fluid and allowing you/the business to place more candidates at our existing clients.
You must have a great track record headhunting/networking through LinkedIn (ideally in the IT, Digital, Games or AV space) coupled with experience resourcing for multiple projects across different teams. In addition to this, you will have experience of mentoring and leading a small team of resourcers/candidate consultants. You will also have experience meeting clients and discussing their requirements F2F as and where necessary.  

The following experience is required:

  • At least 3+ years in Recruitment (ideally IT, Digital, Games or AV)
  • At least 1+ year as a Senior Candidate Consultant/Resourcing Manager/Team Lead.  
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong creative/impact writing skills
  • Confident and ambitious individual
  • Competitive and focused
