This is a position that will see you utilize your sales, business and team management skills for a major global brand.
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the sales team to achieve all set targets for the sale and distribution of IT related products via Systems Integration (SI) and Reseller channels in the UK.
You will be expected to take ownership of these channels identifying strong opportunities to grow accounts, developing and negotiating promotional business plans and you will have plenty of additional support from several internal departments to help you succeed.

- Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership in a technical sector
- Proven track record of account management success
- Proven experience of working in a performance management environment – SLA’s, KPI’s etc
- Excellent business acumen
- Excellent ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- A strong strategic focus
- Ability to work autonomously and on your own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
