This agency is looking for a talented SEO Consultant to help their clients dominate the market.

Our client’s agency is built on a foundation of bespoke technology and data insight, they have built their own tools and expanded across three continents.  

Working with household name clients this agency develops proven strategies which has a real impact on their clients business!

The ideal candidate will be a key point of contact for high value clients. You will be confident in using your in depth knowledge of SEO and related activities to help define how client’s online marketing strategies can be delivered for maximum return.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Senior point of contact for client accounts
  • Organise external meetings, set agendas and lead large meetings
  • Plan and schedule individual SEO projects within the overall account
  • Leading content resource development projects
  • Assist in delivering client pitches
  • Develop and present Content Strategies to client
  • Business Development - identifying opportunities for cross-selling channels
  • Business case development (costing, implications and forecasting)
  • PR – ensuring integration with SEO campaigns
  • Template Outreach for link development teams
  • Content optimisation (folder level)
  • Negative SEO - Identify attacks and provide solutions
  • Testing - independent and proactive
  • Management Skills - ability to manage team in SEO Directors absence
  • Developing other SEOs - general daily queries and assistance
Key Skills:
  • Possess a commercial awareness and be able to identify problems and reach resolutions
  • Ability to write a full technical audit & strategy
  • Advanced HTML for SEO – writing and reading
  • CSS, PHP, JavaScript & MySQL basics
  • Advanced Excel skills – ability to manipulate large data sets
  • Ability to interpret & provide insight into server logs
  • Understanding of server side commands to include redirects
  • Understanding of dynamic content – query strings, client-side serving
  • Good knowledge popular CMS' and web frameworks and their strengths and weaknesses
  • International SEO – CCTLDs, markup, sitemaps and WMT implementation
  • Good Local SEO knowledge to include the writing, implementation and strategy development of Mobile and Video SEO
  • Content gap analysis – missing or weak content areas
  • SEO / PPC strategy – understanding and relationship management
  • Competitor toolset analysis – comparison with advantages and disadvantages
  • Analytics – use and implementation
  • CRO – understanding of methods, tools
  • Understanding of all other online and offline channels (display, affiliates, social, print, TV, email) and the effects on SEO
