Social Media/Digital Marketing Consultant

JOB OVERVIEW:
You will be responsible for managing all online communication channels; creating and optimising (global) marketing campaigns and content across all websites, mobile, social media, search engines and e-mail. You will be ensuring that key marketing messages are communicated, excellent user experience is delivered, candidate and client behaviour is nurtured, and qualified leads are generated.

THE BRIEF & SKILLS:
To drive and increase candidate/client engagement via digital marketing and social media strategies across 5 different websites.

Expert level experience of the following required:
-          Google Analytics
-          Organic SEO (using Hittail, and tagging via website cms)
-          Hootsuite
-          Newzapp (or other email marketing platform)
-          Mailchimp
-          Facebook
-          LinkedIn
-          Twitter
-          YouTube
-          Instagram
-          Creating Video animations using Videoscribe/GoAnimate/Moovly
-          Excel
-          Volcanic cms or other web cms

THE PERSON:
-          Bachelor degree educated or above
-          Extensive B2B/B2C digital/social/email marketing incl. strategy/planning/campaign management
-          Experience with marketing automation programmes and platforms
-          Passionate about analysing results and motivated by driving success in the form of revenue
-          Passion to innovate/consistently deliver best-in-class digital/social/email marketing experiences
-          Highly numerate/analytical approach with excellent analytics skills using Google Analytics
-          Adept at managing multiple concurrent projects and able to prioritise your workload accordingly
-          Strong understanding of CRM and data
-          Personable, collaborative, confident, articulate

THE JOB COMPONENTS
-             Sales Funnel Marketing 
-          Client Lead Generator/Recruitment Audit / Facebook Campaign
-             Email Marketing
-          Creating bi-monthly mailers for – using NewZapp digital marketing platform
-          Investigating/implementing digital marketing platform to be used in other territories
-          Creating weekly mailers
-          Manage the design process of email creative and write compelling copy
-          Ensure that emails go out on time, to the correct audience with engaging content
-          Implement improvements to email strategy
-          Take ownership of the testing and optimisation of email activity
-          Compile reporting on key metrics and KPIs such as open, click and conversion rates
-          Liaise with the leadership team to update and manage the promotional calendar
-          Help build and shape sales across all territories including the UK, USA, Europe & India
-             Analytics & Reporting
-          Using Google Analytics to measure performance, and looking at ways to increase engagement
-          Using the analytics tools within our own website to measure the performance of the site
-          Using analytics to measure the performance of our email marketing
-             Blogging
-             Video/Vlog
-             Social Media (for all websites in portfolio)
-             Website Admin & CRM
-             Other responsibilities
-          Develop marketing material assets to be used for various campaigns
-          Work with management team in the planning and delivery of a Marketing Plan
-          Develop the sales material for each team which is to be in line with our website
