About You 
You are someone who is defiantly ambitions and likes the sound of joining a supportive company and progressing their career. Live audio is something you are passionate about and you are knowledgeable about the related audio hardware and fixtures used within in the events /exhibition environment. Your nature is naturally inquisitive and prioritising a busy work schedule doesn’t faze you. You have experience of working within an environment where the on time preparation and delivery of equipment is vital, you’re able to work under your own initiative and you have a full clean driving license.

The Role 
As part of a successful audio team based from the company’s office/warehouse in Hertfordshire you will contribute to the prep, operation and maintenance of their vast inventory of audio equipment. You will follow various procedures to ensure this is done in an efficient professional manner to match the company’s and their client standards. There will be constant communication with other members of the warehouse team along with the accounts and projects teams to support this objective. The organisation is keen to provide a platform for growth within this role and there will be opportunities for you to work onsite as and when required in addition to this the department has an attitude of continuous improvement so naturally you will be expected to play an active role in this. The role will require you to work outside of your set 40 hr week along with one weekend a month as determined by the demands of the business.
