You will ideally have a technical background, with an understanding of the code requirements, pipelines, and complexities in shipping a AAA user interface. Whilst being hands-off on the actual implementation, you will have a supervisory role across the code and design/art teams to create and adhere to a schedule, drive daily/weekly tasks, plan milestones, and check deliverables for quality assurance. On a daily basis, you would be communicating with the UI Leads, anticipating problems, finding solutions, and keeping on-track.

- An analytical eye for wireframe and flow/logic design
- An understanding of the latest trends in gaming and UX
