Who they think you will look like:
You are highly motivated and integrity, creativity and excellence rank highly in your values. You will have a strong Audio Visual (AV) production background with an expertise in at least one technical discipline (audio, light or video/data) you will have done a similar role for at least 2 years or if you are a very good Senior Technician then they would also be interested in hearing from you. Organisation, planning, great communication and problem solving are all second nature to you along with a confident persona when in front of a client i along with a true approach to the team ethic and a full clean driving license.

Some nice extras:
The above will make the manager very happy and his smile will be slightly broader if you have knowledge of a design software package (Think AutoCAD, WYSIWYG or MS Visio) or some experience working with on site camera crews or rigging or new business development. Don’t worry these are some nice to haves not essential.

The role:
Do you love meeting clients and helping them realise the technical elements of their event vison? That’s it in a nut shell, well not quite!  You will be attending site visits, production meetings, preparing documents for quotes, pitches, RAMS, management of crew, logistics, budgets and suppliers along with onsite equipment management and operation. Naturally you will be assisted by a great team of designers, technicians and coordinators.
