Job Description

The SEO Executive will be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring the technical SEO performance for SEO campaigns.

 The SEO Executive will work with the relevant SEO strategist, Campaign manager and Client Services team to implement effective search strategies and track the performance of new and existing campaigns against agreed KPIs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Search

  • Responsible for the technical SEO strategy and execution for clients
  • Deliver clear and concise technical SEO strategies covering the core elements of technical SEO and on-page copy
  • Have a well-rounded knowledge of Technical SEO, in particular the role of technical SEO within a wider digital marketing campaign and online activities
  • Produce detailed SEO reports pertaining to your work and the work of your team
  • To use a variety of proprietorial and third party tools to compile and draw insight from both company-specific, sector-specific and generic industry data, in order to better understand user trends and behaviour and add context to the performance on each account
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  • Keep pace with the industry and utilize this knowledge for your clients

  • Ensuring resourcing is accurate in paprika (time sheet system)
  • Checking time allocated in paprika and activity chasing required work
  • Ensuring you are aware before the resourcing starts what you are working on and what the brief is
  • Ensuring you have everything you need to start work when booked

Quality

  • Ensure all recommendations and output follows the latest search engine optimisation standards and guidelines
  • Push for perfection, understand the acceptable - deliver great quality without compromising profitability
  • Quality checking own work
  • Develop/maintain excellent presentation standards
  • Responsible for executional accuracy of work
  • Responsible for delivering work on time
