Having resided in five countries and launched international teams across China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, India, UAE, South Africa, Germany, Spain, the UK, and the USA, I am truly an international leader who understands the complexities and intricate dynamics of managing very diverse global teams, and who is able to scale and grow into new geographies.

As the Managing Director at Creative Personnel, I am entrusted with driving revenue growth in new markets, and expanding our teams to critical mass. It has been a challenging journey where I continue to learn how to navigate different cultures, religions, and customs to expand our footprint and execute our growth plans. I bring expert knowledge in staffing solutions, global mobility, and training and development of satellite teams to the table. As a people-first leader, I empower others through collaboration, teamwork, and personal development to reach their full potential while spearheading creative solutions for our clients and opening new growth opportunities for the company.

Throughout my career, I feel privileged to have traveled to over 100 countries and supported numerous programs bringing innovative technology to developing countries. Seeing firsthand the impact of these programs on society is all the motivation I will ever need to continue for many years.
