Account Manager (Organic Marketing)

Your Role

As the Account Manager you will be the main contact for the agency's key clients with the aim of ensuring that their marketing strategies and business objectives are perfectly aligned and commercially successful.

This will see you executing a range of campaigns across social media, email marketing, content, and digital and you will regularly engage with clients to fine-tune strategies and optimize for continuous improvement and growth.

You love putting together creative copy, spotting great design and you have an eye for good marketing performance. You know what's required to achieve this plus your collaborative nature will allow you to easily work with internal teams across design, digital and content to reach the outcomes required, giving them the encouragement, feedback, and confidence to deliver on your requirements.

This will help you guide, develop, and implement strategies that will allow your clients to expand their online presence and communities.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an organic-focused role
  • 2-3 years of B2B experience
  • Experience across a range of tools including HubSpot, SEMrush, Marketo, Google Suite, and Active Campaign.
  • A curious mind with a love for data.
  • Additional experience with SEO strategies or content writing is a plus
  • Also, a plus is experience with lead generation and digital campaign planning.

Working Pattern - Hybrid - 1-2 days in their Surrey office
