An established event production company is now seeking a resolute individual with event production warehouse experience and AV equipment knowledge to join their talented team. The position of AV Warehouse Manager will suit you if you currently hold a similar role in a technical production company if you're a Senior Warehouse Technician who feels ready for your next step or if you're an AV Technician keen to transition into a senior warehouse role.

Your Role:

From their base near Greenford as the Warehouse Manager, you will use your technical and operational knowledge to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse and maintenance of a wide technical inventory that will be used in the company's event production projects and for its dry hire clients. This will see you:

• Oversee and assist in the setup and breakdown of AV equipment for events.
• Manage inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Collaborate with team members to execute event production plans.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse space.
• Mentor and develop junior warehouse technicians.

• Prior experience in event production warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with AV equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
