Your Role

Your role as Account Manager places you as a vital part of their team, you'll be the go-to person for their key accounts, ensuring that marketing strategies align seamlessly with their business objectives.

This will include includes:

Client Relationship: Serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional account management.

Campaign Management: Managing marketing campaigns, from social media to email marketing, with a focus on achieving stellar commercial results.

Data: Analyse marketing performance to maximize awareness, engagement, and leads.

Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and execute campaigns that resonate with the agency's clients' target audiences.

Feedback: Provide feedback to content, digital, and design departments, guiding them toward excellence.

Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to expand client communities and enhance their online presence.

Tech-Savvy: Work proficiently with marketing tools and technologies like Google Suite, SEMrush, Marketo, HubSpot, and more!

Additional Bonus: Skills in content writing, SEO strategy, digital campaign planning, and lead generation campaigns.

About You

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar B2B Agency role.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, solution-focused mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diligent and creative
  • Enjoy working a hybrid working pattern (1-2 days in the office)
