Day to Day Tasks

• Installation a wide range of Audio-Visual equipment: Video Conferencing, Room Automation, Audio Configuration, Meeting Room Installation
• Provide Excellent Service to customers and build great relationships.
• Provide on-site technical support.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety Requirements
• Be involved in support on call rota.
• Complete all relevant paperwork.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience with an Audio-Visual support related role
• NPPV Level 3 and DBS Clearance.
• Friendly and Helpful
• Self-Motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of multiple disciplines within the Audio-Visual Industry
• Show eagerness to learn new skills with the Audio-Visual sector.
• Always represent the company in a professional manner
• National Vetting will be required.
• Full UK working right.

Desirable Skills Required

• Valid CSCS / ECS card.
• IPAF / PASMA / Asbestos Awareness certification.
• Avixa CTS Certified
