Your Role

As the AV Service Support Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch support for a leading London based corporate organisation. Your responsibilities include on-site servicing, maintenance, and meticulous record-keeping. You will manage offsite repairs, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and be the linchpin between cutting-edge AV technology and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, maintain, test, and repair the on-site Audio-Visual portfolio.
  • Ensure smooth running of meetings and events with flexibility for large-scale functions
  • Optimize video conferencing systems, meetings, and rooms.
  • Proactively perform preventative maintenance and room checks.
  • Monitor and report on AV network usage, progress, and traffic.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Train and support end users proactively.
  • Liaise with and manage 3rd party relationships.
  • Manage onsite consumables and spares efficiently.
  • Produce monthly reports based on KPIs for client review.
  • Collaborate smoothly with the business's support desk and technical resources.
  • Provide on-site support via a dedicated mobile phone during working hours.
  • Minimize downtime of AV facilities.
  • Participate in AV installations, projects, and subsequent service duties.
  • Identify opportunities for system/equipment upgrades and notify line management.
