Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives.
• Develop innovative audiovisual solutions that blend seamlessly into client environments, considering factors like acoustics, lighting, and aesthetics.
• Perform in-depth technical evaluations of AV equipment and technologies to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
• Create detailed AV system schematics, drawings, and documentation using industry-standard software tools.
• Offer technical support and guidance to installation teams throughout the project implementation and commissioning phases.

What do you need?

• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in AV system design, including proficiency with CAD software and AV design tools.
• Solid understanding of audiovisual principles, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations. Industry-leading certifications such as CTS, CTS-D, and/or CTS-I.
• Experience with core system integration manufacturers like Extron, Crestron, and Kramer, including prior design experience with AV over IP systems.
• Working knowledge of network topology, basic network security, and protocols.
