CRM Manager  - Inside IR35

If you are an experienced CRM Manager with excellent stakeholder experience and a desire to deliver and continually improve communication campaigns, especially for large organisations then this 6 month contract could be for you.

With a focus on international and local campaigns, the CRM team plays a key role in the organisation journey to reaching and exceeding its business objectives and if you are looking for a role where you can influence and impact multi-channel strategies then the team will love to meet you.

As the CRM Manager, you will ensure the execution of compelling communication programs and conversion campaigns that meet customer needs and lead to successful conversions. You  understand and enjoy the use of data and analytics when comes to getting your outcomes and implementing plans and recommendations for forthcoming CRM campaigns

You have your ear to the ground regarding all things new and related to CRM and you’ve  enjoyed being the example of best practice within your previous /current roles

Key to your success in this CRM Manager role will be:
  • Experience in CRM segmentation, direct and email marketing
  • Your track record in customer communication and conversion
  • Your data & analytics experience.
  • Project planning and management experience
  • Stakeholder Management
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to your work
 

The position is remote , with the expectation to attend some onsite meetings as required
