Job Description

ASSOCIATE PRODUCER
 

As an Associate Producer you will personally help control all features of the games project. By utilising your ability to manage and coordinate the teams you will help ensure their vision is realised by following the team’s roadmap. Understanding the games next priorities, the Associate Producer will liaise with team leads to identify features that deliver value to our players. Working closely across all departments in the business you will be the point of contact for all communication between teams working on features and guarantee the project transitions from one phase to another smoothly. A successful candidate will be obsessed about our players experiences and be constantly looking for ways to improve the game experience for players.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand upcoming priorities, and work with team leads to identify a roadmap of features that align with each team’s goals
  • Identify the ‘right complexity’ for each feature, delivering the most player value for the time invested.
  • Ensure that features are broken down efficiently and are communicated to all dependent teams. During development ensure dependent teams stay aligned and deliver a well-rounded feature.
  • Drive the teams to deliver regular value to our players through weekly & major content updates.
  • Understand feedback on existing features from players and work to identify improvements that deliver value while still championing new feature delivery
 

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Hands On experience managing teams
  • Experience in managing a product as a service in Live operation would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Work well in a team environment, possess strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with complex situations
  • Strong self-motivation and attention to detail
  • Passionate about our players, constantly striving to improve their experience whilst balancing that with delivering new experiences
