💼 What You'll Do

As a Vision AV / Event Technician, you'll be at the heart of creating seamless event experiences, from initial setup to final execution. Responsibilities include:

• Rigging and operating high-end vision systems for a range of corporate and live events

• Leading teams of freelance technicians and ensuring professional delivery

• Communicating clearly with clients, suppliers, venue staff, and crew

• Maintaining and prepping AV equipment in the warehouse

• Supporting the Head of Vision with ongoing development and innovation in the department

• Assisting other technical departments when needed

• Driving and delivering equipment using company vehicles

🎯 What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with a passion for precision and performance, and ideally:

• 2+ years of experience as a Vision Engineer or AV Technician, particularly in corporate events

• Hands-on experience with Barco Event Master, presentation switchers, modular LED screens, and Panasonic projectors

• Skilled in video playback, live streaming, and video communication tools

• A calm, capable presence under pressure, with a solution-focused mindset

• Strong teamwork and leadership skills, with excellent attention to detail

• A customer-first attitude and professional presentation

• A full UK Driving License and access to personal transport
